Today I am writing about our hard workout that we had to do yesterday. The workout that we did was super super hard but it was d
oable. I wanted to shear this to you all because I wanted to show you how much we struggled. First we had to run a whole kilometre and then come back and tag our buddy then there have to run. After they come back you both have to get on the ground and do 50 v sits. But we had a buddy so we only did 25 each but if we didn't have a buddy we had to do 50 v sits witch no one wanted to do. Then we had to do 50 push ups each and it was so hard that my legs feinted after that. If that's not enough then hear this we had to do 100 squats each some of us had a little brake. and to finish it off we did another kilometre run and then go back to class some of us completely fainted and that was it.

ReplyDeleteI know the workout is so hard and very tiring. I fell asleep when I got home and I didn't wanna get out of bed. The photo on the top who's the beautiful girl she looks pretty, and the girl next to her is so pretty (the girl doing the squats).
